Return/Exchanges Policy

RvzCandles accepts Damaged order Replacements/Exchanges only  (no refunds).

We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction!  

Our priority is to ensure that your products arrive in their original condition and as expected. But unfortunately, we can't control how our packages are handled during shipping, and sometimes items may not arrive in their original condition! 

Damages

If your shipment arrives damaged, to be eligible for a return, please notify us via email within 48 hours after delivery (rvzcandles@gmail.com). Please provide us with images and details of the damaged product along with a picture of the original packaging and order number. 

Please give us up to 5 business days to fulfill your request for a replacement. 

Exchanges

You may be eligible for an exchange due to product quality or shipping damages. However, order exchanges will not be eligible due to size, color, or scent. All description details are included on each product page. Please provide us images and details of the defective product, a picture of the original packaging, and an order number to (rvzcandles@gmail.com). 

Refunds

As a small business, we cannot provide refunds at this time. However, the damaged product is eligible for a refund via Shop Credit.
