Find a comfortable place to sit
Close your eyes and take 3 steady and deep breathes
As your eyes are closed, begin to visualize your intention for the day. You can either say it out loud or quietly in your head.
Send the energy of your intention into the candle and light the candle.
You can then take the time to write a list of affirmations or gratitudes for the day. Or you can continue visualizing yourself experiencing your reality and the emotion that comes with it.
Take as much time as you need. And remember to extinguish your candle if unattended.
